Objective
- Join us at the December 3rd meeting of the Houston International Arbitration Club where Canadian independent arbitrators, the Honourable Barry Leon, former Presiding Judge of the BVI Commercial Court (2015-2018), and Tina Cicchetti, Chair of ICC Canada, will lead a discussion on arbitrating in Canada. Tom Sikora, Senior Counsel, International Disputes at Exxon Mobil in Spring, TX will moderate.
- The program will focus on why a Canadian seat and hearing venue is the next best option for Americans if a U.S. seat and hearing venue are not possible or not practical.
