Objective

• This presentation will focus on the international standard for interim measures and emergency arbitrations as codified in UNCITRAL Model Law, and will address when to apply that standard, its elements, and how to apply each element of that standard. The presentation will focus on the article “Applying the Model Law’s Standard for Interim Measures in International Arbitration” that Mr. Sanchez published in the Journal of International Arbitration in February 2020.
